Tom is a founder of Healthcare Performance Solutions, and the founder and president of the measurement consulting firm, Success Profiles Inc. A focus on business performance measurement and marketplace research has enabled him to design and provide organizational and performance measurement instruments and database management services, to clients, management consulting firms, and accounting firms from coast to coast.
Along with his coaching experience, Tom’s collegiate participation and coaching has given him an unmatched motivational perspective. Tom was twice honored as an NCAA All-American athelete in Springboard Diving, and was recognized as the 1985 NCAA coach of the year.
Tom resides in Bozeman, Montana with his wife, Katie, and daughters, Sarah and Christine. When he’s not helping companies to optimally perform, you’ll find him fly-fishing and mountaineering.
