It will be helpful to you in understanding the steps in the ordering process, and the available options.

A reprint is a stand-alone, custom-printed short item, or a complete feature article that appeared in one of our publications. Reprints can be used to educate and inform your clients about management approaches, industry trends and available services, as well as to promote products, ideas or solutions. Health Forum reprints can be customized to deliver your message in a format that works for you.

The Basics

Quantity: The minumum order is 100 reprints.

Sizes: Standard delivered page size is 8" x 10.75", Health Forum publication trim size. Letter size of 8.5" x 11".

Pages: Depending on length, reprints are available as 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 12, or 16 pages.

Color: Reprints are available in 1 color (black), 2 color (black + 1 spot color), and 4 color process inks.

Paper: A high-quality 70 lb. gloss coated enamel stock is used for our reprints. A paper upgrade to an 80 lb. or 100 lb. stock is available for an additional cost.

Finishing: Multiple page reprints will be trimmed and folded to the final page size. Reprints of 8 or more pages will be folded, trimmed and stapled at the centerfold. Other folding options are available. Reprints can also be shrinkwrapped in packs of 10 or more. Talk to our service representative regarding options and costs involved.

Turnaround: Standard turnaround -- written order in our hands to order shipment -- is 10 to 12 working days. Rush service is also available on request. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless overnight or express service is requested.

Billing: Invoices are issued after the order has been shipped. Terms of payment: Net 30 days. Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards are accepted.

Customizing Reprints

In all instances, advertising that appeared on the original pages will be deleted, and the copy reflowed to fit the available space. As space allows, there are a number of ways to customize the reprints to fit your marketing needs, including:

• Highlighting relevant copy in the article.
• Adding a corporate logo, or other graphic element, to the page.
• Adding a special marketing or sales message.

Talk to our service representative regarding other customizing options, the estimated cost for the work involved, and specifics on what materials you will need to provide to complete the project. Proofs will be provided for approval before printing customized reprints.
