Fourth Team Member Free
Register three people from the same organization for the Summit and the fourth registration is complimentary. To qualify, all registrations must be submitted at the same time.
Cancellations
If you cannot attend the Leadership Summit, you can send a substitute, even at the last minute. If you must cancel entirely, your request for a refund — minus a $250 processing fee — must be made in writing to clang@healthforum.com no later than June 29, 2012. Cancellations made after June 29 are not eligible for a refund.
