Continuing Education Credit

American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE)
Health Forum is authorized to award up to15.5 hours of pre-approved ACHE Qualified Education credit (non-ACHE) for this program toward advancement or recertification in the American College of Healthcare Executives. Pre-Summit Workshop #3 participants can earn up to 3 hours of ACHE Face-to-Face credit for the workshop and up to 12.5 hours of Qualified Education credit (non-ACHE) for the remainder of the program. Participants in this program wishing to have the
continuing education hours applied should indicate their attendance when submitting application to ACHE for advancement or recertification.
