The special conference attendee rate is $189 for a single/double suite and includes complimentary daily in-room internet.

The cut-off date for reservations at the Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak Resort was January 14, 2012. The resort is currently sold out of standard suites and studio rooms, but upgraded Casitas may still be available on their website.   

A block of rooms is now available at the Squaw Peak’s sister property, the Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort, located 4 miles or 10 minutes away.  To make a reservation, please contact the Pointe Hilton reservations line at 800-876-4683 and ask for a reservation at the Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort. Give them the code of ARH to get the same group rate at the host hotel - $189 per night.

The Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak Resort is located approximately 10 miles from the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Transportation options include:

Rental Car

Taxi
Cost: Approx. $32 – $35 each way
Airport to hotel: A taxi waiting line is located outside baggage claim at the airport.
Hotel to airport: Contact the bell desk 20 minutes in advance of your departure to request a taxi.

Hotel Car Service — Provided by Transtyle
Cost: $30 per sedan (up to 4 people), $50 per SUV (up to 6 people)
Airport to hotel: After gathering your luggage, call 1-800-410-5479. A vehicle, with a "Transtyle" license plate, will arrive outside baggage claim within 5–15 minutes.
Hotel to airport: Call extension 4730 at the resort to arrange your return trip through the bell desk. One day advance notice is recommended. Transtyle typically recommends a departure time two hours prior to your flight.
