The cut-off date to receive this rate is December 22, 2008. The room block has sold-out before the cut-off date in the past for this conference, so please make your reservations as early as possible to ensure availability.  Please note that $5 of the room rate underwrites a portion of the conference.
 
Transportation Discounts

Airline - United Airlines is offering special meeting discounts for conference attendees. Call (800) 521-4041 and refer to Meeting ID 500 CJ to receive a 2 – 15% discount off applicable fares. Purchase your ticket at least 30 days in advance to receive an additional 5% discount on most booking classes. Visit www.united.com to receive a 5% discount off the lowest applicable fares.  Enter your travel information and promotion code number, 500 CJ. Qualifying flights will be identified with a green star symbol.

Ground Transportation

The Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak is located approximately 10 miles from the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Transportation options include:

Taxi
Cost: $32 - $35 each way

Airport to hotel: A taxi waiting line is located outside baggage claim at the airport. 

Hotel to airport: Contact the bell desk 20 minutes in advance of your departure to request a taxi.

Hotel Car Service – Provided by Transtyle
Cost: $30 per sedan (up to 4 people), $50 per SUV (up to 6 people)

Airport to hotel:  After gathering your luggage, call 1-800-410-5479.  A vehicle, with a “Transtyle” license plate, will arrive outside baggage claim within 5 – 15 minutes.

Hotel to airport:  Call extension 4730 at the resort to arrange your return trip through the bell desk.  One day advance notice is recommended.  Transtyle typically recommends a departure time two hours prior to your flight.

Super Shuttle

Super Shuttle operates shared-ride transportation between the airport and various nearby hotels.  Transportation usually includes one or two stops before reaching the resort.  Call 602-244-9000 to arrange for Super Shuttle transportation.

Driving Directions from Sky Harbor Airport

• Follow airport signs for 24th Street NORTH (but do not exit 24th Street NORTH).
• Go to STATE ROUTE 51 NORTH; follow 51 NORTH to the GLENDALE AVE. EXIT.
• Exit GLENDALE AVE., turn left (WEST) onto GLENDALE AVE to 16th STREET, turn right (NORTH).
• Follow 16th STREET NORTH to MORTEN AVE. (1st light) turn right (EAST) on MORTEN.
• The Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak Resort is on the left-hand side of MORTEN.
