A special rate of $189.00 is available for conference attendees. To make a reservation call 1-800-876-4683 and request a reservation at the Squaw Peak Resort.  Identify yourself as an Integrative Medicine for Health Care Organizations conference attendee, or use group code AMN, to receive the special conference rate. $10.00 of the room rate underwrites a portion of the conference.

The cut-off date is April 16, 2008.  Based on previous years, we highly recommend making your reservation early to ensure availability. 

Airline Discounts
United Airlines is offering special meeting discounts for conference attendees through the following methods:

By phone -  Call (800) 521-4041 and refer to Meeting ID Number 500 CJ to receive a 2 – 10% discount off applicable fares. Purchase your ticket at least 30 days prior to travel to receive an additional 5% discount on most booking classes. 

Online -  Visit www.united.com to receive a 5% discount off the lowest applicable fares, as well as a 500 mile booking bonus.  Link to www.united.com, enter your travel information and your promotion code number, 500 CJ. Flights that qualify for the discount will be clearly identified with a green star symbol.

Rental Car Discounts
Special meeting rates negotiated with Hertz are available by calling 1-800-654-2240 from within the U.S., or 405-749-4434 from outside the United States.  Provide the meeting number CV# 03AB0004 to receive the discount.

Ground Transportation
The Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak is located approximately 10 miles from the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.  Two transportation options are available:

1. Taxi -
Cost: $27 - $35 each way
Airport to hotel: A taxi waiting line is located outside baggage claim at the airport. 
Hotel to airport: Contact the bell desk 20 minutes in advance of your departure to request a taxi.

2. Hotel Shuttle -
Cost: $30 per sedan  (up to 4 people), $50 per SUV (up to 6 people)

To the Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak Resort:
A courtesy phone is located in the Baggage Claim area of each terminal at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.  After picking up your luggage, please call the dispatcher and provide the following information: 

• The airline on which you arrived.
• That you are an Integrative Health Care Conference attendee.
• That your destination is the Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak Resort.

It will take 15-30 minutes for the transportation vehicle to arrive.

From the Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak Resort :
Contact the Bell desk for transportation needs back to the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. It is recommended that you depart the resort 2 hours prior to your flight departure time. Airport service is available twenty-four hours a day, and advance reservations are recommended.   Please dial extension 4730 for information.
