Tips for Maximizing Your Summit Exposure
The Summit offers a premier education and networking opportunity for senior management and for strategic planning and marketing executives. Sessions are content rich and inspirational and you will seldom get a chance to meet as many senior-level health care leaders in a relaxed environment. Here are some suggestions to maximize your exhibit investment:

  • Piggyback a company sales meeting on the Summit conference dates and use the Summit for industry education; encourage your team to meet face-to-face with more top hospital and health system executives than any other venue possible.
  • Participate actively in the sessions, particularly those that fit with your company product lines, to become more knowledgeable about customer issues and enhance your customer value; identify and network with attendees who attend those sessions.
  • Take advantage of the attendee discount offer to exhibitors who bring more than two persons to man the booth. Summit attendee badges cost only $750 each — hundreds less than the regular registration fee.
  • Be prepared to send company representatives to the Gala. The time between the close of the exhibit hall and the Gala is short (roughly 2 hours). Arrange for a quick booth teardown or select individuals to attend the reception.
  • Develop a strategy to target and engage attendees. Naturally, you plan to meet with current clients; however, the Gala offers a great environment to discuss Summit presentations with new prospects.
  • Tailor your booth presentation to your audience. It is not surprising that top executives are more interested in strategic problem solving than they are in specific product presentations. Position your product/company correctly to gain more attention.
  • Add an interactive element to your booth that will engage visitors. Summit attendees are more senior-level than typical trade show attendees, but they still enjoy the give and take of friendly information sharing. Create an engaging activity that will draw them in.
  • Sponsorships provide more exposure and better overall value – some options offer a booth, additional registration passes, greater recognition, and opportunities to play a more visible role in the Summit.
  • Consider Conference Guide advertising to reinforce your brand or raise awareness of your booth activity. Exhibitors and sponsors are eligible to purchase display ad space at a significant discount from normal rates.
