The special conference rate is $210 (U.S.) for a single/double room. Ten dollars of the room rate underwrites the Summit. Identify yourself as a “Leadership Summit” attendee to receive the conference rate.

Transportation Discounts

Airline (United Airlines): United Airlines is offering special meeting discounts for conference attendees. Call (800) 521-4041 and refer to Meeting ID 500CJ to receive a 2–10% discount off applicable fares. Purchase your ticket at least 30 days in advance to receive an additional 5% discount on most booking classes. Visit www.united.com to receive a discount off the lowest applicable fares, as well as a 500 mile booking bonus. Enter your travel information and promotion code number, 500CJ. Qualifying flights will be identified with a green star symbol.
Rental Car (Hertz): Special meeting rates negotiated with Hertz are available by calling (800) 654-2240. Provide the meeting number CV# 03AB0004 to receive the discount.
Ground transportation: Taxis are available at designated airport transportation plazas at a cost of $12-15 one way.

Expect pleasant temperatures: 65-76F/19-24C. Summit participants are encouraged to dress in business casual.
