Registration Fees

Fourth Team Member—FREE
Send three people from your organization and the fourth comes free. To qualify, a form is needed for each registrant and forms must be submitted at the same time.  This option is available for both online and paper registrations.

Registration Confirmation
Confirmations will be sent vie e-mail. Confirmations will be sent immediately for online registrations and within 1 week of receipt for mailed or faxed registrations.

Cancellation and Special Accommodations
If you cannot attend the Leadership Summit, you can send a substitute, even at the last minute. If you must cancel entirely, your request for a refund [less a $250 (U.S.) processing fee] must be made in writing and received no later than July 1, 2008. No refunds will be given after that date. Refunds will be processed within 3 weeks of receipt of cancellation notice.
