Cancellation and Special Accommodations
If you cannot attend the Leadership Summit, you can send a substitute, even at the last minute. If you must cancel entirely, your request for a refund [less a $250 (U.S.) processing fee] must be made in writing and received no later than July 1, 2008. No refunds will be given after that date. Refunds will be processed within 3 weeks of receipt of cancellation notice.
