Pricing
Two prices are listed for many items. The AHA member price refers to AHA institutional members and their auxiliaries, AHA personal members, and AHA associate members. To receive the member discount, please have your personal or institutional AHA membership number available when ordering. The nonmember price refers to AHA nonmembers.
Order Payment
Orders from individuals must be prepaid with a check or money order payable to AHA Services, Inc. or charged to a credit card (MasterCard, VISA, American Express). Billed orders must be accompanied by an institutional/company purchase order number and will only be shipped to the institution/company address.

Quantity Discounts
Quantity discounts apply when multiple copies of the same title are purchased. All purchased items must be shipped to a single address.

Telephone orders are usually shipped within 72 hours. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery. Express delivery is available. Prices are subject to change; shipping charges on orders above 60 pounds may be higher.

Sales Tax
Sales tax must be paid on orders shipped to AL, CA,CO, DC,GA, ID,IL, KS, MA,MN, MO, NJ, NY, NV, OH,OK, PA, TN and TX unless you provide us with a copy of your tax-exempt certificate.
Foreign orders
All foreign orders must be prepaid in U.S. funds only. Add $45.00 to domestic shipping and handling charges. For expedited delivery, cost will reflect actual cost.
Satisfaction guaranteed or your money back
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return within 30 days for full credit. To ensure proper credit, you must return a copy of the invoice or packing slip. Mail return to: AHA Services Inc, Customer Returns Section, 3280 Summit Ridge Pkwy Duluth, GA 30096. Due to the nature of the product, magnetic media data, PDF files and diskette products are not returnable.
