Capturing Real-time Data to Enhance the Patient Experience
Retrospective data analysis does little to change patients' perceptions of their care experience. One of the primary remaining challenges in using data to enhance patient engagement and experience is lack of access to relevant data in real time.This dialogue examines ways provider organizations can apply advanced technologies, such as artificial intelligence and robotic process automation, to improve the patient experience.
