You may register and pay via credit card or check. If you are paying by check, you will be prompted to select this option on the payment page and will receive an invoice along with your confirmation email.  Please mail your check with the invoice. If you require a PDF registration form, email summitregistration@aha.org to request one.

Registration Rates

Fourth Team Member — FREE

Register three people at a non-discounted rate from the same organization for the Summit and the fourth registration is complimentary. This discount will be applied automatically via online registration.

Scholarship Opportunities

A limited number of partial tuition scholarships are available. Please email Laura Woodburn at lwoodburn@aha.org for more information. The scholarship deadline is June 8, 2018.

Cancellations & Substitutions


AHA Leadership Summit

If you cannot attend the AHA Leadership Summit, you can send a substitute, even at the last minute. If you must cancel entirely, your request for a refund — minus a $250 processing fee — must be made in writing to summitregistration@aha.org no later than June 29, 2018. Cancellations made after June 29th are not eligible for a refund.
