In this webinar, Matt Meyers, senior benefits and wellness consultant at Mercy Health and Stacey Nevara, vice president client relations at Interactive Health will share wellness program best practice strategies for defining metrics for success that can be quantified and adjusted to produce desired outcomes. Matt Meyers is a Senior Benefits and Wellness Consultant with Mercy Health. He has been with Mercy since 2012 and is accountable for the development of strategic solutions for co-worker well-being interventions. He provides leadership support for the enterprise-wide health and wellness initiative (Healthification) with an integrated approach, created in response to co-worker needs and Mercy goals. He has successfully navigated this award-winning wellness initiative from a volunteer offering, through participatory rewards programming, to a result-oriented and outcomes based program.

Stacey Nevara

Stacey Nevara oversees the client experience, including implementation, account management, and wellness consultant teams for Interactive Health. Under Stacey’s leadership, the company has experienced a greater than 92 percent client retention rate.

Formerly the VP of Program Management and Customer Care at FitLinxx, Stacey oversaw the customer experience, managed the national account management team, and promoted organic business growth. Prior to joining FitLinxx, Stacey worked in facility operations and management in the fitness industry, both in cardiac rehabilitation as well as directing the fitness operations at Chicago’s East Bank Club, one of the largest and most prominent health clubs in the world.

Stacey holds a BS in health promotion and exercise physiology from Central Michigan University.
