Making good hiring decisions means hiring top-performing employees who deliver better patient and resident care — an important goal for both continuing care and acute care organizations. One way to achieve this is to incorporate behavioral assessments into the hiring process. Behavioral assessments are a proven method to enhance the recruiting process, improve staff turnover and reduce costs.

In this webinar two health care organizations, Central Maine Medical Family and Messiah Lifeways, talk with a health care recruiting expert on how they transformed their hiring process and the way they attract, assess, select, and develop their employees with behavioral assessments.

Learn how the use of behavioral assessments in the hiring process can help your health care organization build a Patient-Centered Workforce and ensure you are hiring compassionate caregivers for your patients and residents, who will fit the needs of the job and are more likely to stay.

Attendees Will Learn:

  • Challenges of recruiting and hiring in health care
  • Measuring key behaviors necessary to succeed in health care environments
  • Importance of “hiring for fit”
  • Significance of a standardized interview process
  • Reducing costs and turnover
  • Achieving success with behavioral assessments
