Faye has been employed with Messiah Lifeways for 19 years. Messiah Lifeways is a non-profit organization that provides a comprehensive network of senior community services and residential communities in Mechanicsburg, PA. Faye has been their Director of Human Resources since February 2002, previously she was the Assistant Director of Human Resources and HR Specialist. In 1999 Faye obtained her Professional in Human Resources Certification (PHR) and then in 2015 obtained her SHRM-CP. She graduated from Elizabethtown College with a degree in Business Administration, concentrations in Management and Marketing.
