  • Event Time: Noon Central

The ever-evolving regulatory environment can make policy management a burden. Paper copies, electronic versions stored in multiple locations, outdated and hard-to-find policies all become a management nightmare. In addition, there is often no way to confirm that staff has read critical policies and procedures, or even the right versions of these policies and procedures.

Kaiser Permanente implemented a robust policy and procedure management system. In this webinar, you’ll learn how this system manages all critical documents, provides consistency across all locations, and makes it easy to upload policies and procedures that can be cross-referenced to individual standards. In addition, you’ll see how to assign policies and procedures based on employee roles, by notifying users with reading, reviewing and approval responsibilities.

What You Will Learn:

  • Learn how to better manage policy and procedure documents in your organization
  • See how implementing an automated policy and procedure management program can improve your processes
  • Establish the benefits of a good policy and procedure management program
