Anita McCoy is the Director of Quality and Risk at Island Hospital. Anita is a Registered Nurse and has been working in Healthcare Quality and Risk for more than 20 years.

Following accreditation with DNV in 2010, the organization recognized the need for a robust documentation system. PolicyTech (Navex Global) was selected and so began the journey of moving from a paper system to an electronic system.
