Critical Conversations Driving the Field

Health Forum’s Critical Conversations are events that invite health care executives to provide multi-disciplinary perspectives on the operational challenges they face. Each event focuses on a theme and is explored in view of key drivers impacting it. Always with the patient and community members as central, the Conversations explore the impact of federal and local regulations, technology, financial objectives and workforce and talent considerations. Critical Conversations include current understanding of the drivers, clarification of the challenges, descriptions of solutions and a better sense of the evolution of the operations of health care organizations.

Critical Conversations occur in the form of live events and reports are available with summaries and insights from the meetings. We invite you to learn more by visiting the following pages, which contain additional resources curated by Health Forum. Critical Conversations logo
